From the outset, Switzerland has supported the efforts of the Secretary-General in the area of restructuring, and we welcome the adoption by the General Assembly of resolution 61/257, entitled " Strengthening of the capacity of the Organization to advance the disarmament agenda " . We also very much look forward to working closely together with the new head of the Office for Disarmament Affairs.
