وسيجري إعداد نسخ من الاتفاق مصدق على مطابقتها للأصل ثم ترسل إلى جميع الدول المعنية في أقرب وقت ممكن.

(ii) To communicate the text of such documents relating to reservations or objections to all States concerned, leaving it to each State to draw legal consequences from such communications " ;

أرسلت رسائل إلى جميع الدول المعنية في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010 ورسائل تذكير في الشهور التالية.

" `٢` أن يرسل إلى جميع الدول المعنية نص الوثائق المذكورة الذي يتعلق بالتحفظات أو الاعتراضات مع ترك مهمة استخلاص النتائج القانونية المترتبة عليها للدول المعنية " .

Reports on a disappearance that indicate that officials from one State are directly responsible for or involved in a disappearance in another State, or in cases where officials from more than one State were directly responsible for or involved in the disappearance, are to be communicated to all States concerned.
19- تُرسَل إلى جميع الدول المعنية التقارير المتعلقة بحالات اختفاء والتي تشير إلى مسؤولية موظفي دولة معيّنة بصورة مباشرة عن حالة اختفاء في دولة أخرى أو ضلوعهم فيها، أو إلى حالات يكون فيها موظفو أكثر من دولة مسؤولين بصورة مباشرة عن الاختفاء أو متورطين فيه.
