1. Each State Party with respect to cluster munition victims in areas under its jurisdiction or control shall, in accordance with applicable international humanitarian and human rights law, adequately provide age- and gender-sensitive assistance, including medical care, rehabilitation and psychological support, as well as provide for their social and economic inclusion.
1 - توفر كل دولة طرف لضحايا الذخائر العنقودية في المناطق المشمولة بولايتها أو الخاضعة لسيطرتها، وفقا للقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان الواجبي التطبيق، ما يكفي من المساعدة المراعية للسن والجنس، بما فيها الرعاية الطبية والتأهيل والدعم النفساني، وتكفل كذلك إدماجهم الاجتماعي والاقتصادي.

1. High Contracting Parties and parties to an armed conflict shall, in accordance with domestic laws and procedures, as well as their obligations under applicable international law provide or facilitate the provision of appropriate and adequate assistance, including medical care, rehabilitation and psychological support and assistance for social and economic inclusion to cluster munition victims in territories under their jurisdiction or control.
1- تقوم الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والأطراف في نزاع مسلح، وفقاً للقوانين والإجراءات الداخلية، فضلاً عن التزاماتها بموجب القانون الدولي المنطبق، بتقديم أو بتيسير تقديم المساعدة المناسبة والكافية، بما في ذلك الرعاية الطبية وإعادة التأهيل والدعم النفسي والمساعدة المتعلقة بالإدماج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، لضحايا الذخائر العنقودية في الأقاليم المشمولة بولايتها أو الخاضعة لسيطرتها.

Each High Contracting Party shall make every effort to collect reliable relevant data with respect to cluster munition victims.

(k) The status and progress of implementation of its obligations under Article 5 of this Convention to adequately provide age- and gender-sensitive assistance, including medical care, rehabilitation and psychological support, as well as provide for social and economic inclusion of cluster munition victims and to collect reliable relevant data with respect to cluster munition victims;
(ك) حالة تنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب المادة 5 من هذه الاتفاقية والتقدم المحرز، وذلك لتقديم ما يكفي من المساعدة المراعية للسن والجنس، بما فيها الرعاية الطبية والتأهيل والدعم النفساني، وكذلك كفالة الإدماج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي لضحايا الذخائر العنقودية وجمع الموثوق به من البيانات ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بضحايا الذخائر العنقودية؛
