13. The reference in Annex III, article 10, of the Convention to performance which has not been satisfactory shall be interpreted to mean that the contractor has failed to comply with the requirements of an approved plan of work in spite of a written warning or warnings from the Authority to the contractor to comply therewith.
٣١ - تفسر الاشارة الواردة في المادة ١٠ من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية الى اﻷداء غير المُرضي على أنها تعنى أن المتعاقد قد تخلف عن الامتثال لمقتضيات خطة عمل موافق عليها رغم توجيه السلطة للمتعاقد تنبيها كتابيا أو تنبيهات كتابية بأن يمتثل لتلك المقتضيات.

349. The Committee draws the State party's attention to the periodicity of reporting as established by the Convention and urges the State party to comply therewith.
٣٤٩ - وتلفت اللجنة نظر الدولة الطرف الى صفة الدورية في اﻹبلاغ، على النحو المنصوص عليه في الاتفاقية، وتحث الدولة الطرف على التقيد بذلك.
