2- وتتعهد الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بأن تتشاور وتتعاون فيما بينها على أساس ثنائي أو عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أو من خلال الإجراءات الدولية المناسبة الأخرى، من أجل حل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بتفسير أحكام هذا البروتوكول وتطبيقها.

14. Encourages Governments, relevant United Nations treaty bodies, special rapporteurs and representatives, as well as working groups, to consult each other in order to elaborate proposals for specific projects to be realized under the programme of advisory services and technical cooperation in the field of human rights with a view to contributing to practical and tangible change in the human rights situation;
14- تشجع الحكومات وهيئات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة المنشأة بموجب معاهدات والمقررين والممثلين الخاصين، وكذلك الأفرقة العاملة، على التشاور فيما بينهم بغية صياغة مقترحات مشاريع محددة لتنفيذها في إطار برنامج الخدمات الاستشارية والتعاون التقني في ميدان حقوق الإنسان بهدف المساهمة في إحداث تغيير عملي وملموس في حالة حقوق الإنسان؛

4. The High Contracting Parties undertake to consult each other and to cooperate with each other through the Compliance mechanism of the Convention, bilaterally, through the Secretary-General of the United Nations or through other appropriate international procedures, to resolve any problems that may arise with regard to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Protocol.
4- تتعهد الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية بأن تتشاور وتتعاون فيما بينها عن طريق آلية مراقبة الامتثال للاتفاقية، أو ضمن إطار ثنائي، أو عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، أو عن طريق إجراءات دولية مناسبة أخرى، من أجل حل أية مشاكل قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بتفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول.
