ويطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل الاضطلاع بالمسؤوليات التي أناطتها بها الاتفاقية وقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة.

The Secretary-General is requested to continue to carry out the responsibilities entrusted to him in the Convention and related resolutions of the General Assembly.
وقد طلب من اﻷميــن العام أن يواصل الاضطلاع بالمسؤوليات التي أناطتها به الاتفاقيـة وما يتصل بها من قرارات الجمعية العامة.

١٦ - تطلب أيضا إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل الاضطلاع بالمسؤوليات التي أناطتها به الاتفاقية وما يتصل بها من قرارات الجمعية العامة، بما في ذلك تلك المسؤوليات المذكورة في الفقرة ١١ من القرار ٥٢/٢٦، وأن يكفل عدم تأثر أداء هذه اﻷنشطة تأثرا سلبيا نتيجة لتحقيق أية وفورات في إطار الميزانية المعتمدة للمنظمة؛

Also requests the Secretary-General to continue to carry out the responsibilities entrusted to him in the Convention and related resolutions of the General Assembly and to ensure that the performance of such activities is not adversely affected by savings as may be realized under the approved budget for the Organization; these activities include, inter alia:
