نهيب بالدول أن تتخذ تدابير انفرادية وثنائية وإقليمية ومتعددة الأطراف لكي تسهم في كفالة تطبيق التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إطار الأمن الدولي ونزع السلاح وسائر المجالات ذات الصلة، بدون الإضرار بالبيئة وبغية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

2 - تهيب بالدول أن تتخذ تدابير انفرادية وثنائية وإقليمية ومتعددة الأطراف لكي تسهم في كفالة تطبيق التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إطار الأمن الدولي ونزع السلاح والمجالات الأخرى المتصلة بذلك، دون الإضرار بالبيئة أو الحيلولة دون أن تسهم على نحو فعال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؛

٩ - تطلب إلى الدول أن تتخذ تدابير انفرادية وثنائية وإقليمية ومتعددة اﻷطراف تسهم في كفالة تطبيق أوجه التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إطار اﻷمن الدولي ونزع السلاح وسائر المجالات ذات الصلة، دون اﻹضرار بالبيئة أو المساس بمساهمتها الفعﱠالة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؛
