`٢` إذا كان كلاهما من مواطني الدولة الطرف التي قامت بترشيحهما يجري تصويت منفصل بالاقتراع السري لتحديد أيهما يصبح عضواً؛

(iii) Where neither national has been nominated by the State Party of which he or she is a national, a separate vote by secret ballot shall be held to determine which national shall be the member.
`٣` إذا لم يكن أي منهما من مواطني الدولة الطرف التي رشحتهما، يجري تصويت منفصل بالاقتراع السري لتحديد أيهما يصبح عضواً.

(ب) إذا قامت الدولة الطرف بترشيح كلا المواطنين اللذين يحملان جنسيتها، يُجرى تصويت مستقل بواسطة الاقتراع السري لتحديد أيهما يصبح عضواً؛

(b) Where both candidates have been nominated by the State Party of which they are nationals, a separate vote by secret ballot shall be held to determine which national shall become the member;
(ب) إذا قامت الدولة الطرف بترشيح كلا المواطنين اللذين يحملان جنسيتها، يُجرى تصويت مستقل بواسطة الاقتراع السري لتحديد أيهما يصبح عضواً؛
