Furthermore, States parties are urged to enhance their cooperation in developing nuclear energy without discrimination or restriction.

12. Encourages the Office of the High Commissioner, the treaty bodies, the special procedures of the Human Rights Council and other relevant United Nations bodies and mechanisms, specialized agencies and programmes, within their respective mandates, to continue their efforts to promote the realization of the right to education worldwide and to enhance their cooperation in this regard, including by enhancing technical assistance to Governments;
12- يشجّع المفوضية السامية وهيئات المعاهدات والإجراءات الخاصة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان وهيئات وآليات الأمم المتحدة الأخرى ذات الصلة، ووكالاتها المتخصصة وبرامجها، في حدود ولاية كل منها، على مواصلة بذل جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز إعمال الحق في التعليم على نطاق العالم وعلى تحسين التعاون فيما بينها في هذا الصدد بوسائل منها زيادة تقديم المساعدة التقنية إلى الحكومات؛

11. Encourages the Office of the High Commissioner, the treaty bodies, the special procedures of the Council and other relevant United Nations bodies and mechanisms, specialized agencies or programmes, within their respective mandates, to continue their efforts to promote the realization of the right to education worldwide and to enhance their cooperation in this regard;
11- يشجع المفوضية السامية، وهيئات المعاهدات، وآليات الإجراءات الخاصة التابعة للمجلس، وغيرها من هيئات وآليات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، والوكالات أو البرامج المتخصصة، كل في حدود ولايتها، على مواصلة جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز إعمال الحق في التعليم على نطاق العالم، وعلى زيادة تعاونها في هذا الصدد؛

8. Encourages the Office of the High Commissioner, the treaty bodies, special procedures of the Council and other relevant United Nations bodies and mechanisms, specialized agencies or programmes, within their respective mandates, to continue their efforts to promote the realization of economic, social and cultural rights worldwide and to enhance their cooperation in this regard;
8- يشجع المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان، وهيئات المعاهدات، والإجراءات الخاصة التابعة للمجلس وغيرها من هيئات وآليات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، والوكالات أو البرامج المتخصصة، في حدود ولاية كل منها، على مواصلة جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية على نطاق العالم، ودعم تعاونها في هذا الصدد؛

6. Urges all relevant bodies of the United Nations system, particularly the specialized agencies, when planning their programmes of activities, to take due account of the Declaration and to make efforts to enhance their cooperation in its application;
٦ - تحث جميع هيئات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، ولا سيما الوكالات المتخصصة، على أن تولي الاعتبار الواجب للاعلان لدى تخطيط برامج أنشطتها، وعلى أن تبذل الجهود لزيادة تعاونها في تطبيقه؛

6. Encourages the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the Council of Europe and other organizations to enhance their cooperation in the provision of humanitarian assistance to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia;
6 - تشجع مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، ومنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، ومجلس أوروبا والمنظمات الأخرى على تعزيز تعاونها في مجال تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية إلى جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية؛

The Council was represented at the Conference by its Secretary-General, who provided key input in the discussions and conference conclusions which, inter alia, encouraged OHCHR, the Council, and other regional organizations to enhance their cooperation in the fields of human rights and democratization.

٦ - تحث جميع هيئات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، ولا سيما الوكالات المتخصصة، على أن تولي الاعتبار الواجب لﻹعلان لدى تخطيط برامج أنشطتها، وعلى أن تبذل الجهود لزيادة تعاونها في تطبيقه؛

At the same time, UNMIL and UNOCI were encouraged to enhance their cooperation in order to assist in stabilizing the border region between Liberia and Côte d'Ivoire.
