6 - يعرب عن ارتياحه للنتائج التي توصل لها المؤتمر الأخير للمانحين الذي عقد في لندن من 31 كانون الثاني/يناير إلى 1 شباط/فبراير 2006 لتقديم مساعدات لأفغانستان، وتناشد الدول المبادرة بتنفيذ التزاماتها التي تعهدت بها في مؤتمر لندن لمساعدة أفغانستان في إعادة بناء البنية التحتية.
