12. In view of the urgent need for a more robust framework for international cooperation in combating intolerance, her Government had proposed that an international instrument for preventing incitement to hostility and violence on the basis of religion or belief should be developed.
12 - ونظرا إلى الحاجة الماسة إلى وضع إطار أكثر قوة للتعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة التعصب، قالت إن حكومتها اقترحت وضع صك دولي يتعلق بمنع التحريض على العداء والعنف على أساس الدين أو المعتقد.

163. Considering the hostile nature of statements which were broadcast on State television in respect of peaceful demonstrators, the Government should ensure that prompt action is taken against any persons or institutions which violate constitutional provisions prohibiting incitement to hostility and violence.
٣٦١- ونظراً للطابع العدائي للبيانات التي بثّها التلفزيون الحكومي فيما يتعلّق بالمتظاهرين المسالمين، ينبغي للحكومة أن تضمن اتخاذ اجراءات عاجلة ضد أي أشخاص أو مؤسسات تنتهك اﻷحكام الدستورية التي تمنع التحريض على العداء والعنف.

(k) States should take all necessary and appropriate action to combat hatred, discrimination, acts of violence, intimidation and coercion motivated by intolerance based on religion or belief, as well as incitement to hostility and violence, in particular with regard to members of religious minorities;
(ك) أن تتخذ الدول جميع الإجراءات الضرورية والملائمة لمكافحة الكراهية والتمييز وأعمال العنف والترويع والإكراه التي تنطلق من دوافع التعصُّب المستند إلى الدين أو المُعتَقَد، فضلاً عن التحريض على العداء والعنف مع إيلاء اعتبار خاص لأعضاء الأقليات الدينية؛
