25 - وتصدى المقرر الخاص المعني بحالات الإعدام خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً(25) لانتهاكات الحق في الحياة في سياق تدابير مكافحة الإرهاب، في الآونة الأخيرة، وتصدى لها في حالة الإجراءات الخاصة القطرية، المقرر الخاص المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ عام 1967(26).
