If the orphan is a person aged between 16 years and 21 years and not following a gainful occupation through which is being earned the equivalent of the difference between the national minimum wage and the weekly rate of the orphan's supplementary allowance, then the person having the care of such an orphan shall be entitled to an orphan's supplementary allowance amounting to Lm 29.32 per week for every child.
