At its 11th session, the Sub-Commission noted that ECOSOC's decision did not prevent it from studying the four interrelated rights set out in article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: (1) the right to freedom of movement; (2) the right to choose one's residence; (3) the right to leave any country, including one's own; (4) the right to return to one's country.
