Romania became eligible to participate in the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 18 September 2008, at 00:00:01; however, the enforcement branch suspended Romania's eligibility pending the resolution of the question of implementation relating to its national system on 27 August 2011.
(ج) أصبحت رومانيا مؤهلة للمشاركة في آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 18 أيلول/سبتمبر 2008، في الساعة 01/00/00؛ بيد أن فرع الإنفاذ علّق أهلية رومانيا في انتظار تسوية مسألة التنفيذ المتعلقة بنظامها الوطني في 27 آب/أغسطس 2011.

Ukraine became eligible to participate in the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 29 April 2008, at 00:00:01, however, the enforcement branch suspended Ukraine's eligibility pending the resolution of the question of implementation relating to its national system on 12 October 2011.
(د) أصبحت أوكرانيا مؤهلة للمشاركة في آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 29 نيسان/أبريل 2008، في الساعة 01/00/00؛ بيد أن فرع الإنفاذ علّق أهلية أوكرانيا في انتظار تسوية مسألة التنفيذ المتعلقة بنظامها الوطني في 12 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2011.

Bulgaria became eligible to participate in the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 25 November 2008, at 00:00:01; however, the enforcement branch suspended Bulgaria's eligibility pending the resolution of the question of implementation relating to its national system on 28 June 2010.
(ب) أصبحت بلغاريا مؤهلة للمشاركة في آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2008، في الساعة 00/00/01؛ بيد أن فرع الإنفاذ علّق تأهيل بلغاريا في 28 حزيران/يونيه 2010 في انتظار حل مسألة التنفيذ المتعلقة بنظامها الوطني.

The document shows the status of submission and review of the initial reports of Parties to the Convention that are also Parties to the Kyoto Protocol with commitments inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol (Annex B Parties) and their eligibility to participate in the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol.
