(a) Take such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to give effect to an order of confiscation issued by a court of another State Party;
(أ) اتخاذ ما قد يلزم من تدابير للسماح لسلطاتها المختصة بإنفاذ أمر مصادرة صادر عن محكمة في دولة طرف أخرى؛

(i) Adopt such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to give effect to a final judgement of another State Party ordering the confiscation of [illicitly acquired assets] or the payment of a sum of money corresponding to such assets;

The United Republic of Tanzania indicated partial implementation of measures to permit its competent authorities to give effect to orders of confiscation issued by courts of another State party (art. 54, subpara. 1 (a)) and to freeze or seize property upon request (art. 54, subpara. 2 (b)).
وأبلغت جمهورية تنزانيا المتحدة عن التنفيذ الجزئي لتدابير تسمح لسلطاتها المختصة بما يلي: (1) انفاذ أمر مصادرة صادر عن محكمة في دولة طرف أخرى (الفقرة 1(أ) من المادة 54)؛ و(2) تجميد أو حجز الممتلكات بناء على طلب (الفقرة 2(ب) من المادة 54).

Each State Party shall also consider taking such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to share that information with the competent authorities in other States Parties when necessary to investigate, claim and recover illicitly acquired assets.

(c) Consider taking additional measures to permit its competent authorities to preserve property for confiscation, such as on the basis of a foreign arrest or criminal charge related to the acquisition of such property.
(ج) النظر في اتخاذ تدابير إضافية للسماح لسلطاتها المختصة بأن تحافظ على الممتلكات من أجل مصادرتها، مثلا بناء على توقيف أو اتهام جنائي ذي صلة باحتياز تلك الممتلكات.

(a) Adopt such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to give effect to a final judgement of another State Party ordering the confiscation of such property or the payment of a sum of money corresponding to such assets;

(أ) اعتماد ما قد يلزم من تدابير للسماح لسلطاتها المختصة بتنفيذ أمر تجميد أو حجز صادر من محكمة ذات اختصاص قضائي أو سلطة معنية تابعة لدولة أخرى؛

(c) Consider adopting additional measures to permit its competent authorities to preserve property for confiscation, such as on the basis of a foreign arrest or criminal charge related to the acquisition of such assets.
(ج) النظر في اتخاذ تدابير إضافية للسماح لسلطاتها المختصة بأن تحافظ على الممتلكات من أجل مصادرتها، وذلك مثلا استنادا إلى اعتقال أو تهمة جنائية في بلد أجنبي، فيما يتعلق باحتياز تلك الموجودات.

(b) Take such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to freeze or seize property upon a request that provides a reasonable basis for the requested State Party to believe that there are sufficient grounds for taking such actions and that the property would eventually be subject to an order of confiscation for purposes of paragraph 1 (a) of this article; and
(ب) اتخاذ ما قد يلزم من تدابير للسماح لسلطاتها المختصة بتجميد أو حجز الممتلكات، بناء على طلب يوفر أساسا معقولا لاعتقاد الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب بأن هناك أسبابا كافية لاتخاذ تدابير من هذا القبيل وبأن تلك الممتلكات ستخضع في نهاية المطاف لأمر مصادرة لأغراض الفقرة 1 (أ) من هذه المادة؛

(b) Adopt such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to order the confiscation of such property of foreign origin or the payment of a sum of money corresponding to such assets, including property involved in money-laundering offences; and
(ب) اعتماد ما قد يلزم من تدابير للسماح لسلطاتها المختصة بأن تأمر بمصادرة تلك الممتلكات ذات المنشأ الأجنبي أو سداد مبلغ من المال يوافق قيمة تلك الموجودات، بما في ذلك الممتلكات المتصلة بجرائم غسل الأموال؛

Reporting on the implementation of measures to permit its competent authorities to give effect to orders of confiscation issued by courts of another State party (para. 1 (a)), Australia stated that the Attorney-General could authorize the registration of foreign forfeiture and pecuniary orders made in respect of a serious foreign offence when a person had been convicted of the offence.

The partial implementation by the United Republic of Tanzania of measures to permit its competent authorities to give effect to orders of confiscation issued by courts of another State party (art. 54, subpara. 1 (a)) and to freeze or seize property upon request by another party (art. 54, subpara. 2 (b)) would be overcome by extending the assistance being provided in these areas by USAID.
