2. Urges States to take all necessary measures, in accordance with their international obligations, to prevent crimes against United Nations and associated personnel from occurring;
2 - تحـث الدول على اتخاذ جميع التدابير الضرورية، وفقا لالتزاماتها الدولية، لمنع ارتكاب الجرائم ضد موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها؛

6. Calls upon Member States to cooperate with each other, as well as with international organizations, in their efforts to prevent crimes against the environment, and to include appropriate penal provisions in their laws and ensure their enforcement;
٦ - يدعو الدول اﻷعضاء إلى التعاون فيما بينها وكذلك مع المنظمات الدولية في الجهود التي تبذلها من أجل منع الجرائم المرتكبة ضد البيئة، وأن تدرج في قوانينها أحكاما جنائية مناسبة وأن تكفل انفاذها؛

Emphasizes the obligations of States under international law to exercise due diligence to prevent crimes against migrants perpetrated with racist or xenophobic motivations, to investigate such crimes and to punish the perpetrators and that not doing so violates, and impairs or nullifies the enjoyment of, the human rights and fundamental freedoms of victims, and urges States to reinforce measures in this regard;
" 34 - تشدد على التزامات الدول بموجب القانون الدولي بتوخي الحرص الواجب لمنع ارتكاب الجرائم ضد المهاجرين بدافع من العنصرية أو كراهية الأجانب والتحقيق في تلك الجرائم ومعاقبة مرتكبيها، وأن عدم القيام بذلك ينتهك حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية للضحايا ويخل بالتمتع بها أو يحول دونه، وتحث الدول على تعزيز التدابير المتخذة في هذا الصدد؛

In order to prevent crimes against women and to eliminate the reasons for such crimes, the responsible units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the corresponding Ministries of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Germany and Spain have exchanged information on the perpetrators of such crimes.
ومن أجل منع الجرائم المرتكبة ضد المرأة وإزالة أسبابها نُظم بين الدوائر المختصة في وزارة داخلية بيلاروس ووزارات داخلية الاتحاد الروسي وإسبانيا وألمانيا وأوكرانيا وبولندا وليتوانيا والنمسا تبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بالأشخاص المسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم.
