1326- وتلاحظ البعثة أيضاً أن إسرائيل ما زالت سادرة في انتهاك المادة 39 من الاتفاقية، بمعنى أنها من خلال المنع الفعَّال لجهود التعمير فهي لا تنهض بالتزاماتها بأن " تتخذ كل التدابير المناسبة لتشجيع التأهيل البدني والنفسي وإعادة الاندماج الاجتماعي لطفل الذي يقع ضحية ﻟ [النزاعات المسلحة].

The above-mentioned results are totally incompatible with the provisions of article 39 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which stipulates that " States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to promote physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of a child victim of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment or armed conflicts.

129. Article 39 stipulates that “States parties shall take all appropriate measures to promote physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of a child victim of ... exploitation or abuse ... in an environment which fosters the health, self—respect and dignity of the child.”
٩٢١- وتنص المادة ٩٣ على ما يلي: " تتخذ الدول اﻷطراف كل التدابير المناسبة لتشجيع التأهيل البدني والنفسي وإعادة اﻹندماج الاجتماعي للطفل الذي يقع ضحية ... الاستغلال أو اﻹساءة ... في بيئة تعزز صحة الطفل، واحترامه لذاته، وكرامته " .
