Also declares that human rights principles relating to racism and racial discrimination are at the core and foundation of all human rights, and that racism and racial discrimination must therefore be eliminated with respect to the full spectrum of human rights, be they social, cultural, economic, civil, or political;
2- تعلن أيضا أن مبادئ حقوق الإنسان المتصلة بالعنصرية والتمييز العنصري هي صميم وأساس حقوق الإنسان جميعها وأنه يجب بالتالي القضاء على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري فيما يتصل بحقوق الإنسان كلها، سواء أكانت اجتماعية أم ثقافية أم اقتصادية أم مدنية أم سياسية؛

5. One of the tasks of the Special Rapporteur is to consult with intergovernmental bodies to prevent actions giving rise to racism and racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance (resolution 1995/12, para. 12).
