(b) To request the international community to participate in the strengthening of the courts and judicial system, in particular the juvenile justice system, of Sierra Leone, as well as in the creation of a national human rights commission as soon as possible;
(ب) أن تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي المشاركة في تعزيز المحاكم والنظام القضائي، وخاصة نظام قضاء الأحداث، في سيراليون، وكذلك في إنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان في أقرب وقت ممكن؛

It was therefore directly concerned by the problems of small island developing States and would continue To request the international community to mobilize adequate financial resources and technical assistance to help those countries overcome their development constraints.
ولذلك فهي منشغلة مباشرة بمشاكل الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية وتواصل مطالبة المجتمع الدولي بتعبئة الموارد المالية الكافية والمساعدة التقنية الملائمة لمساعدة تلك البلدان في التغلب على قيودها اﻹنمائية.

5. To request also the armed rebel groups that have not signed the Darfur Peace Agreement to renounce the choice of military escalation and make a commitment to dialogue as the sole means of achieving peace in Darfur; and To request the international community to exert efforts to prevent resistance to the Agreement by military means or by instigating tribal fanaticism within displaced persons and refugee camps;

(e) To request the international community to extend support to the human rights field office in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, in particular to enable it:
(هـ) أن تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي أن يقدم الدعم إلى مكتب حقوق الإنسان الميداني في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، ولا سيما من أجل تمكينه من القيام بما يلي:

(e) To request the international community to support the Human Rights Field Office in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in order, in particular:
(ه) أن تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي دعم مكتب حقوق الإنسان في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية لتحقيق الأغراض التالية على وجه الخصوص:

(b) To request the international community to participate in the strengthening of the courts and judicial system, in particular the juvenile justice system, of Sierra Leone, as well as the national human rights commission as soon as possible;

" (د) أن تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي تعزيز الدعم المقدم إلى المنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان في زمبابوي وتوسيع نطاق تعاونه معها، بما في ذلك تيسير العمل مع الآليات المختصة التابعة للجنة؛

(b) To request the international community to continue to participate in the strengthening, including through technical assistance, of the courts and judicial system of Sierra Leone, particularly the juvenile justice system, and to assist in the establishment of the national human rights commission;
(ب) أن تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي أن يواصل، بطرق منها المساعدة الفنية، المشاركة في تعزيز المحاكم ونظام القضاء في سيراليون، وخاصة نظام قضاء الأحداث، وأن يساعد على إنشاء لجنة وطنية لحقوق الإنسان؛

" (d) To request the international community to strengthen support for, and to expand cooperation with, human rights non-governmental organizations in Zimbabwe, including to facilitate the work of the relevant special mechanisms of the Commission;

3. To request the international community to make all necessary representations to Israel to secure the release of all Lebanese prisoners and victims of kidnapping held in prisons in Israel and in the camps run by its forces in violation of the provisions of international law, the fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 and The Hague Convention of 1907;
٣ - مطالبة المجتمع الدولي اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات مع إسرائيل بهدف إطلاق سراح جميع اﻷسرى والمخطوفين اللبنانيين المعتقلين في سجون إسرائيل والمعتقلات التي تشرف عليها القوات التابعة لها، خلافا ﻷحكام القانون الدولي واتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام ١٩٤٩، واتفاقية لاهاي لعام ١٩٠٧.

2. To request the international community, and the United Nations in particular, to take all necessary steps to deter Israel from committing such violations and to implement Security Council resolution 425 (1978) which calls for Israel's complete and unconditional withdrawal forthwith from all Lebanese territory and for respect for the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Lebanon;
٢ - مطالبة المجتمع الدولي ولا سيما منظمة اﻷمم المتحدة، اتخاذ الاجراءات الضرورية لردع إسرائيل عن قيامها بهذه الانتهاكات وتنفيذ قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٤٢٥ )١٩٧٨(، القاضي بانسحاب إسرائيل الفوري الكامل وغير المشروط من جميع اﻷراضي اللبنانية، واحترام سيادة لبنان واستقلاله وسلامة أراضيه.

To call upon the armed groups which have not signed the Darfur Peace Agreement to forsake military escalation, To request the international community to exert efforts to prevent military opposition to the agreement or the stirring up of tribal chauvinism inside the displaced persons and refugee camps and to welcome the desire of the Government of the Sudan for dialogue with these groups without affecting the Abuja Agreement;
دعوة المجموعات المسلحة التي لم توقع على اتفاق سلام دارفور إلى نبذ التصعيد العسكري، ومطالبة المجتمع الدولي بذل الجهود للحيلولة دون مناهضة الاتفاق عسكريا أو من خلال إثارة النعرة القبلية داخل معسكرات النازحين واللاجئين، والترحيب برغبة الحكومة السودانية في الحوار مع هذه المجموعات دون التأثير على اتفاق أبوجا.
