٥ - يطلب الى جميع اﻷطراف المعنية أن تحترم سلامة قوة اﻷمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان وأمنها وحرية حركتها، وأن تسمح لها بالوفاء بولايتها دون أي عائق أو تدخل؛

1. Urges all concerned parties to abide scrupulously by their obligation to respect the safety of UNIFIL and other United Nations personnel, and avoid any course of action which might endanger United Nations personnel, and calls on them to allow the Force to resupply its positions, conduct search and rescue operations on behalf of its personnel and undertake any other measures the Force deems necessary to ensure the safety of its personnel;
1 - يحث جميع الأطراف المعنية على أن تفي بدقة بالتزامها باحترام سلامة قوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان وسائر الأفراد التابعين للأمم المتحدة، وتفادي أي مسار عمل قد يعرّض أفراد الأمم المتحدة للخطر، ويطلب منها أن تسمح للقوة بإعادة إمداد مواقعها والقيام بعمليات البحث والإنقاذ فيما يتصل بأفرادها واتخاذ أي تدابير أخرى تراها القوة ضرورية لكفالة سلامة أفرادها؛
