In this connection, I should like to refer to section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B on the procedures for administrative and budgetary matters, whereby the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee is the appropriate Main Committee of the General Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters as well as the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
وفي هذا الصدد، أود أن أشير إلى الفرع السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٥/٢٤٨ باء بشأن اﻹجراءات الخاصة بالمسائل اﻹدارية ومسائل الميزانية، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة التابعة للجمعية العامة المسؤولة عن المسائل اﻹدارية ومسائل الميزانية وأكدت من جديد كذلك دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية.

Thirty-one Governments, the largest number replying to section VI of the questionnaire, reported that their national plans or programmes included eradication or other enforcement measures to ensure the reduction and eventual elimination of the cultivation of illicit drug crops.
149- وأبلغت احدى وثلاثون حكومة، وهذا أكبر عدد رد على الباب السادس من الاستبيان، بأن خططها أو برامجها الوطنية تشمل تدابير إبادة أو تدابير إنفاذ أخرى من أجل ضمان تخفيض زراعة محاصيل المخدرات غير المشروعة والقضاء عليها في النهاية.
