1 - يقرِّر أن يعيِّن الخبراء السبعة عشر التالية أسماؤهم الذين رشحتهم رسمياً حكومات الأطراف المحددة في المقرر ا ر - 4/3 للعمل كأعضاء في اللجنة لمدة أربع سنوات تبدأ في 1 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009:

Appoints the 14 designated experts to serve as members of the Committee;
4 - يعين 14 خبيراً المرشحين للعمل كأعضاء في اللجنة؛()

The representative of the Secretariat recalled that at its fifth meeting the Conference of the Parties had identified 14 parties that would designate experts to serve as members of the Committee, subject to appointment by the Conference at its sixth meeting.
21 - أشار ممثل الأمانة بالذكر إلى أن مؤتمر الأطراف حدد في اجتماعه الخامس 14 طرفاً تقوم بتسمية خبراء للعمل كأعضاء في اللجنة، رهناً بتعيين المؤتمر لهم في اجتماعه السادس.

17. On 7 May 2013, the President of the Human Rights Council announced the appointment of Michael Kirby (Australia) and Sonja Biserko (Serbia) to join the Special Rapporteur to serve as members of the commission, with Mr. Kirby as Chair.
