In those States in which ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities exist, persons belonging to such minorities shall not be denied the right, in community with the other members of their group, to enjoy their own culture, to profess and practise their own religion, or to use their own language.

627. In those States in which ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities exist, persons belonging to such minorities shall not be denied the right, in community with other members of their group, to enjoy their own culture, to profess and practise their own religion or to use their own language.
627- لا يجوز، في الدول التي توجد فيها أقليات إثنية أو دينية أو لغوية، أن يحرم الأشخاص المنتسبون إلى الأقليات المذكورة من حق التمتع بثقافتهم الخاصة أو المجاهرة بدينهم وإقامة شعائره أو استخدام لغتهم، بالاشتراك مع الأعضاء الآخرين في جماعتهم.

The Committee noted that, especially in the case of indigenous peoples, the preservation of their use of land resources can become an essential element in the right of persons belonging to such minorities to exercise their cultural rights.

5. "
5- تنص المادة 27 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية على ما يلي: " لا يجوز، في الدول التي توجد فيها أقليات إثنية أو دينية أو لغوية، أن يُحرم الأشخاص المنتسبون إلى الأقليات المذكورة من حق التمتع بثقافتهم الخاصة والمجاهرة بدينهم وإقامة شعائرهم أو استخدام لغتهم " .

Affirming that the ethnic, cultural and religious identity of minorities, where they exist, must be protected, and that persons belonging to such minorities should be treated equally and enjoy their human rights and fundamental freedoms without discrimination of any kind,
وإذ تؤكد ضرورة حماية الهوية الإثنية والثقافية والدينية للأقليات، حيثما وجدت، ومعاملة الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى هذه الأقليات معاملة متساوية، وأن يتمتعوا بحقوقهم الإنسانية وحرياتهم الأساسية دون تمييز مهما كان نوعه،

In addition to the Declaration, another important document, the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, affirmed that the ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity of minorities, where they existed, must be protected, and that persons belonging to such minorities should be treated equally and enjoy their human rights and fundamental freedoms without discrimination of any kind.
وبالإضافة إلى الإعلان، تؤكد وثيقة هامة أخرى، وهي إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، ضرورة حماية الهوية العرقية والثقافية واللغوية والدينية للأقليات أينما وجدت، وضرورة معاملة الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى هذه الأقليات على قدم المساواة وتمتعهم بحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية دون أي شكل من أشكال التمييز.

2. Affirms that the ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious identity of minorities, where they exist, must be protected and that persons belonging to such minorities should be treated equally and enjoy their human rights and fundamental freedoms without discrimination of any kind;

Article 27 stipulates that, in those States in which ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities exist, persons belonging to such minorities shall not be denied the right, in community with the other members of their group, to enjoy their own culture, to profess and practise their own religion, or to use their own language (see also general comment No. 23/50).
فالمادة 27 تنصّ على أنه لا يجوز في الدول التي توجد فيها أقليات إثنية أو دينية أو لغوية أن يُحرم الأشخاص المنتسبون إلى تلك الأقليات من حق التمتع بثقافتهم الخاصة أو المجاهرة بدينهم وإقامة شعائره أو استخدام لغتهم، بالاشتراك مع الأعضاء الآخرين في جماعتهم (انظر أيضاً التعليق العام رقم 23/50).

136. In those States in which ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities exist, persons belonging to such minorities shall not be deprived of the right, in community with other members of their group, to enjoy their own culture, to practise their own religion or use their own language.
٧٣١- لا يجوز، في الدول التي توجد فيها أقليات إثنية أو دينية أو لغوية، أن يحرم اﻷشخاص المنتسبون الى اﻷقليات المذكورة من حق التمتع بثقافتهم الخاصة أو المجاهرة بدينهم وإقامة شعائره أو استخدام لغتهم، بالاشتراك مع اﻷعضاء اﻵخرين في جماعتهم.

Bearing in mind the allegations of forced sterilization of mountain ethnic minority women and their rejection by the State party's delegation, the Committee would welcome information from the State party on the impact of its population-planning policies on the enjoyment of reproductive rights by persons belonging to such minorities.
417- ومع مراعاة ادعاءات التعقيم القسري لنساء الأقليات العرقية اللاتي يعشن في الجبال ورفض وفد الدولة الطرف لهذه الادعاءات، كان بود اللجنة لو مدتها الدولة الطرف بمعلومات عن تأثير سياسات التخطيط السكاني على تمتع الأشخاص المنتمين لهذه الأقليات بحقوقهم الإنجابية.
