By paragraph 59 of the resolution, the Council requested me to create a Panel of Experts for an initial period of thirteen months, in consultation with the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2127 (2013) concerning the Central African Republic, and to make the necessary financial and security arrangements to support the work of the Panel.
