The State party expressly declines, however, to draw a conclusion as to the admissibility of the communication on this or any other grounds.

3. Within six months after receipt of the Committee's request under this rule, the State party concerned shall submit to the Committee a written explanation or statement that relates to the admissibility of the communication and its merits, as well as to any remedy that may have been provided in the matter.

5.2 The State party reiterates the arguments put forward with regard to the admissibility of the communication.

The Committee has found that there is no other obstacle to the admissibility of the communication and has thus proceeded to consider the case on it merits.
