Publication of the notice of arbitration at a later stage, it was said, would also protect the parties to the arbitration from possible pressures of civil society, in particular on matters such as the appointment of arbitrators, which was said to be a right of the disputing parties.
وقيل إنَّ من شأن نشر الإشعار بالتحكيم في مرحلة لاحقة أيضا أن يحمي مصالح الطرفين في التحكيم من الضغوط التي يحتمل أن يمارسها المجتمع المدني عليهما، ولا سيّما بشأن مسائل من قبيل تعيين المحكِّمين، التي تعد من الحقوق التي يتمتع بها الطرفان في المنازعة.
