1.2 In accordance with article 22, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Committee brought the complaint to the attention of the State party in a note verbale dated 20 April 2005.

Under comparable procedures, communications are brought to the attention of the State party concerned except in cases where they are prima facie inadmissible.19 Article 6.1, on the other hand, provides grounds that govern the criteria to be applied by the Committee in its decision not to refer a communication to the State party.
وفي إطار اﻹجراءات المقارنة، يوجه انتباه الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى الرسائل إلا في الحالات التي لا تكون فيها هذه الرسائل غير مقبولة مبدئيا)١٩(. ومن جهة أخرى، توفر المادة ٦-١ اﻷسس التي تحكم المعايير التي يتعين على اللجنة تطبيقها إذا ما قررت عدم إحالة الرسالة إلى الدولة الطرف.

(a) The Committee might informally bring to the attention of the State party concerned the information received and urge the State party to submit its overdue report without further delay;
(أ) قد توجه اللجنة، بصورة غير رسمية، انتباه الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى المعلومات الواردة وتحثها على تقديم تقريرها المتأخر، دون إبطاء.

(b) The Committee might formallythrough a letter from the Chairpersonbring to the attention of the State party concerned the information received and urge the State party to submit its overdue report without further delay.
(ب) وقد توجه اللجنة، بصورة رسمية، من خلال رسالة يرسلها رئيسها، انتباه الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى المعلومات الواردة، وتحثها على تقديم تقريرها المتأخر دون إبطاء.

(a) The Committee might informally bring to the attention of the State party concerned the information received and urge the State party to submit its overdue report without further delay;
