1. Data and information submitted or transferred to the Authority or to any person participating in any activity or programme of the Authority pursuant to these Regulations or a contract issued under these Regulations, and designated by the contractor, in consultation with the Secretary-General, as being of a confidential nature, shall be considered confidential unless it is data and information which:
1 - تعتبر سرية أي بيانات ومعلومات ذات قيمة تجارية تقدم أو تنقل إلى السلطة أو أي شخص يشارك في أي نشاط أو برنامج للسلطة عملا بهذا النظام أو بعقد صادر بموجب هذا النظام ويحددها المتعاقد، بالتشاور مع الأمين العام، على أنها سرية، ما لم تكن بيانات ومعلومات:

Have there been any changes to the Authority or authorities competent to receive, respond to and process requests to board and seize under article 17 of the 1988 Convention since the latest version of the list of competent authorities designated under articles 6, 7 and 17 of the 1988 Convention published in the online directory of competent national authorities?
17- هل حدثت أي تغييرات بشأن السلطة أو السلطات المختصة المفوّضة إليها الصلاحية لتلقي طلبات اعتلاء السفن وضبطها والاستجابة لها ومعالجتها، بموجب المادة 17 من اتفاقية سنة 1988، منذ آخر صيغة لقائمة السلطات المختصة، المعيّنة بموجب المواد 6 و7 و17 من اتفاقية سنة 1988، المنشورة في دليل السلطات الوطنية المختصة على الإنترنت؟

(b) If the law or regulations of the place of delivery require the carrier to hand over the goods to an authority or other third party from which the consignee may collect them, the period of responsibility of the carrier ends when the carrier hands the goods over to the Authority or other third party.
(ب) إذا كان قانون مكان التسليم أو لوائحه تقضي بأن يسلم الناقل البضائع إلى سلطة ما أو إلى طرف ثالث آخر يمكن للمرسل إليه أن يتسلم البضائع منه، تنتهي مدة مسؤولية الناقل عندما يسلم البضائع إلى تلك السلطة أو الطرف الثالث الآخر.

17- هل حدثت أي تغييرات بشأن السلطة أو السلطات المختصة المفوّضة إليها الصلاحية لتلقي طلبات اعتلاء السفن والمصادرة والاستجابة لها ومعالجتها، بموجب المادة 17 من اتفاقية سنة 1988، منذ آخر إصدار لقائمة السلطات المختصة، المعيّنة بموجب المواد 6 و7 و17 من اتفاقية سنة 1988، المنشورة في دليل السلطات الوطنية المختصة على الإنترنت؟(2)
