The first document was drafted and adopted in May 2008 as the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, concerning Genetic Testing for Health Purposes.

Since 1998, the Czech Republic is also a party to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine together with the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Dignity of the Human Being with Regard to the Application of Biology and Medicine, on the Prohibition of Cloning Human Beings.
والجمهورية التشيكية طرف أيضاً في اتفاقية حقوق الإنسان والطب الحيوي منذ عام 1998، وذلك بالإضافة إلى البروتوكول الإضافي الملحق بالاتفاقية من أجل حماية حقوق الإنسان وكرامة الإنسان فيما يتعلق بتطبيق البيولوجيا والطب، وحظر استنساخ بني البشر.

The parties should, however, guarantee the protection of human beings resulting from genetic interventions, albeit prohibited under the additional protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine;

Internal procedures are ongoing for the ratification of Protocols 12 and 15 to the European Convention on Human Rights and Additional Protocols to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine concerning transplantation of organs and tissues of human origin, and biomedical research.
والإجراءات الداخلية جارية من أجل التصديق على البروتوكولين الثاني عشر والخامس عشر للاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان والبروتوكول الإضافي لاتفاقية حقوق الإنسان والطب الحيوي المتعلق بزرع الأعضاء والأنسجة البشرية وبحوث الطب الحيوي.

15. The delegation informed that the Republic of Moldova would start the ratification process of the Protocol 12 to the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms after the adoption of the legal framework on anti-discrimination.
15- وأفاد الوفد بأن جمهورية مولدوفا ستشرع في عملية التصديق على البروتوكول 12 لاتفاقية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية بعد اعتماد الإطار القانوني لمكافحة التمييز.

At the same time, after the adoption of relevant legal framework in relation to anti-discrimination, Protocol 12 to the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms is to be ratified and the declaration to art. 14 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination are to be made.
وفي الوقت نفسه، وبعد أن يجري اعتماد الإطار القانوني ذي الصلة بمكافحة التمييز، ستصدق مولدوفا على البروتوكول 12 لاتفاقية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية وتقوم بإصدار الإعلان الذي تقضي به المادة 14 من الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري.

The Court can only therefore verify the application of " universal jurisdiction " by the authorities of a State party to the Convention on Human Rights in relation to the examination in a concrete case of the conformity of such an application with the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Convention and the protocols thereto.
