For those changes in the obligations under the Convention due to amendments to the Convention or its annexes referred to in paragraph 3 (a) (i) above, a Party will review and update itstheir implementation plan and within two years of the entry into force of the amendment for it, transmit its updated plan to the Conference of the Parties consistent with paragraph 1 (b) of the Convention.
5 - فيما يتعلق بتلك التغييرات في الالتزامات بمقتضى الاتفاقية نتيجة لتعديلات في الاتفاقية أو مرفقاتها المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 (أ) ' 1` أعلاه، يستعرض الطرف ويحدث خطة التنفيذ الخاصة به ويحيل، في غضون سنتين من دخول التعديل عليها حيز النفاذ، الخطة المحدثة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف.

within two years of the entry into force of an amendment for the party, if a party must review and update its implementation plan because of changes in the obligations under the Convention (due to amendments to the Convention or its annexes);
- في غضون عامين من بدء نفاذ تعديل يخص الطرف، إذا كان على الطـرف استعراض واستكمال خطة التنفيذ الخاصة به بسبب إدخال تغييرات على الالتزامات بموجب الاتفاقية (بسبب إدخال تعديلات على الاتفاقية أو مرفقاتها)()؛

In the case of an amendment to the Convention or its annexes A, B and C, the required action plan or strategy should be developed as appropriate. It is recommended that Parties follow, as appropriate, phase IV of the guidance for developing national implementation plans, entitled " Formulation of the national implementation plan " .
وفي حالة إدخال تعديلات على الاتفاقية أو مرفقاتها ألف، وباء وجيم، فإن خطة العمل أو الاستراتيجية المطلوبة ينبغي تطويرها حسب الاقتضاء ويوصى بأن تتبع الأطراف، حسبما يتناسب، المرحلة الرابعة من التوجيه الخاص بوضع خطط التنفيذ الوطنية بعنوان " صياغة خطة التنفيذ الوطنية " .

7. For those changes in the obligations under the Convention due to amendments to the Convention or its annexes referred to in paragraph 4 (a) above, a Party will review and update its implementation plan and within two years of the entry into force of the amendment for it, transmit its updated plan to the Conference of the Parties consistent with paragraph 1 (b) of the Convention.
7 - فيما يتعلق بتلك التغييرات في الالتزامات بمقتضى الاتفاقية نتيجة لتعديلات في الاتفاقية أو مرفقاتها المشار إليها في الفقرة 4 (أ) أعلاه، يستعرض الطرف ويحدث خطة التنفيذ الخاصة به ويحيل، في غضون سنتين من دخول التعديل عليها حيز النفاذ، الخطة المحدثة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، بما يتوافق مع الفقرة 1 (ب) من الاتفاقية.
