47- ينبغي للسلطة المتعاقدة أن ترد على أي طلب يقدمه أي من كونسورتيومات مقدمي العروض لتوضيح وثائق الاختيار الأولي وتتلقاه السلطة المتعاقدة في غضون فترة معقولة من الزمن قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات، وذلك لكي يتمكن مقدمو العروض من تقديم طلباتهم في الوقت المناسب.

(4) The procuring entity shall respond to any request by a supplier or contractor for clarification of the prequalification documents that is received by the procuring entity within a reasonable time prior to the deadline for the submission of applications to prequalify.
)٤( ترد الجهة المشترية على أي طلب يقدمه مورد أو مقاول لتوضيح وثائق التأهيل وتتلقاه الجهة المشترية في غضون فترة معقولة قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم طلبات التأهيل.

(m) If a supplier or contractor may not modify or withdraw its tender prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders without forfeiting its tender security, a statement to that effect;
)م( إذا كان لا يجوز للمورد أو المقاول تعديل عطائه أو سحبه قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات دون أن يسقط حقه في ضمان عطائه، يدرج بيان بهذا المعنى؛

(3) The procuring entity may, in its absolute discretion, prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders, extend the deadline if it is not possible for one or more suppliers or contractors to submit their tenders by the deadline owing to any circumstance beyond their control.
)٣( يجوز للجهة المشترية استنادا إلى سلطتها التقديرية المطلقة أن تقوم، قبل حلول الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات، بتمديد هذا الموعد، إذا لم يتمكن واحد أو أكثر من الموردين أو المقاولين، بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتهم، من تقديم عطاءاتهم قبل انقضاء الموعد النهائي.

(3) Unless otherwise stipulated in the solicitation documents, a supplier or contractor may modify or withdraw its tender prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders without forfeiting its tender security.
)٣( ما لم يشترط خلاف ذلك في وثائق التماس العطاءات، يجوز للمورد أو المقاول أن يعدل عطاءه أو يسحبه قبل الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات دون أن يسقط حقه في استرداد ضمان عطائه.

(m) if a supplier or contractor may not modify or withdraw its tender prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders without forfeiting its tender security, a statement to that effect;
