Any State Party to the Agreement may give notice of its withdrawal from the Agreement one year after its entry into force by written notification to the depositary Governments. Such withdrawal shall take effect one year from the date of receipt of this notification.
يجوز لكل دولة من الدول الأطراف في الاتفاق، بعد سنة من بدء نفاذه، إنهاء نيتها في الانسحاب منه بإعلان كتابي ترسله إلى الحكومات الوديعة ويسري الانسحاب بعد سنة من ورود هذا الإعلان.

The text of any proposed amendment to this Treaty shall be submitted to the depositary Governments who shall promptly circulate it to all the States Parties to the Treaty.
ويقدَّم نص أي تعديل يُقترح إدخاله على هذه المعاهدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة التي تقوم على وجه السرعة بتعميم النص على جميع الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة.
