١٤ - عملا بالفقرة ١٤ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/٧٧ ألف، أحال اﻷمين العام، بمذكرة مؤرخة ١٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، الى هيئة نزع السلاح التقرير السنوي لمؤتمر نزع السلاح مع جميع الوثائق الرسمية للدورة الثامنة واﻷربعين للجمعية العامة المتعلقة بمسائل نزع السلاح (A/CN.10/183).
