1. A plan to be submitted by the Party concerned to the enforcement branch under paragraph 2 or paragraph 6 of section XV shall explicitly:

The Party not in compliance under paragraph 1 above, shall submit to the enforcement branch progress reports on the implementation of the plan on a quarterly basis.
3- يقدم الطرف غير الممتثل بموجب الفقرة 1 أعلاه إلى فرع الإنفاذ تقارير مرحلية عن تنفيذ الخطة على أساس ربع سنوي.

The Party not in compliance under paragraph 5 above, shall submit to the enforcement branch a progress report on the implementation of the compliance action plan on an annual basis.
7- يقدم الطرف غير الممتثل بموجب الفقرة 5 أعلاه تقريراً مرحلياً إلى فرع الإنفاذ عن تنفيذ خطة عمل الامتثال على أساس سنوي.

Within ten weeks from the date of receipt of the notification of the preliminary finding, the Party concerned may provide a further written submission to the enforcement branch.
7- يجوز للطرف المعني، في غضون عشرة أسابيع من تلقي الإخطار بالنتيجة الأولية، أن يقدم بياناً كتابياً آخر إلى فرع الإنفاذ.

The Party not in compliance under paragraph 1 above, shall submit to the enforcement branch progress reports on the implementation of the plan on a quarterly basis.
3- يقدم الطرف المعني غير الممتثل بموجب الفقرة 1 أعلاه إلى فرع الإنفاذ تقارير مرحلية عن تنفيذ الخطة على أساس ربع سنوي.

The Party concerned shall submit to the enforcement branch progress reports on the implementation of the Articles 5 and 7 plan on a [quarterly] [regular] basis.
ويقدم الطرف المعني إلى فرع الإنفاذ تقارير مرحلية عن تنفيذ خطة المادتين 5 و7 على أساس [ربع سنوي] [منتظم].

14. The Party shall submit to the enforcement branch a progress report on the operation and the results of the fund annually, no later than 15 April, as well as audited accounts.
14- يقدم الطرف إلى فرع الإنفاذ تقريراً مرحلياً عن تشغيل الصندوق ونتائجه سنوياً، في موعد أقصاه 15 نيسان/أبريل، بالإضافة إلى حسابات مراجعة.

The Party not in compliance under paragraph 5 above, shall, within three months after the determination of noncompliance or such other period that the enforcement branch considers appropriate, submit to the enforcement branch for review and assessment a compliance action plan that includes:
