8- يذكِّر بندائه الموجه إلى حكومة ميانمار من أجل الانخراط بصفة عاجلة في حوار وطني نشط مع جميع الأطراف بهدف التوصل إلى مصالحة وطنية حقيقية، وإقامة الديمقراطية، وإرساء سيادة القانون؛
