٢ - وعملا بذلك القرار، وجﱠه اﻷمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة ١٠ نيسان/ أبريل ١٩٩٧ إلى حكومات الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة طالبا منها معلومات عن التدابير المحددة التي اتخذتها تنفيذا لذلك القرار.

On behalf of the Government and people of Iraq, I express my gratitude to the Governments of the States that have contributed to those forces and to the forces themselves for the services rendered during their presence in the territory, waters and airspace of Iraq.
وباسم حكومة وشعب العراق، أتقدم بالشكر إلى حكومات الدول التي ساهمت في تلك القوة وإلى القوات نفسها للخدمات التي قدمتها خلال فترة وجودها على أرض العراق وفي مياهه وأجوائه.

3. The depositary shall send duly certified copies of this Treaty to the Governments of the States Signatories and acceding States.
3- يرسل الوديع نسخاً مصدقة حسب الأصول من هذه المعاهدة إلى حكومات الدول الموقعة عليها والدول المنضمة إليها.

2. Pursuant to resolution 61/294, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale, dated 18 September 2008, to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations requesting their views.
2 - وعملا بالقرار 61/294، وجّه الأمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 18 أيلول/سبتمبر 2008 إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة طالبا موافاته بآرائها.

2. Pursuant to that resolution, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale dated 26 April 1999 to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations, requesting information on specific measures undertaken in implementation of the resolution.
٢ - وعملا بذلك القرار، وجﱠه اﻷمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة ٢٦ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٩ إلى حكومات الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة طالبا منها معلومات عن التدابير المحددة التي اتخذتها تنفيذا لذلك القرار.

(c) Transmit decisions of the Committee to the Governments of the States members of the Organization through their permanent missions.
)ج( إحالة قرارات اللجنة إلى حكومات الدول اﻷعضاء في المنظمة عن طريق بعثاتها الدائمة.

2. Pursuant to that decision, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale dated 12 April 2002 to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations requesting information on specific measures undertaken in implementation of the decision.
2 - وعملا بذلك القرار، وجه الأمين العام إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة مذكرة شفوية، مؤرخة 12 نيسان/أبريل 2002، يطلب فيها موافاته بمعلومات عن التدابير المحددة المتخذة تنفيذا لذلك المقرر.

2. Pursuant to the above resolution, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale dated 23 April 1996 to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations, requesting their views on the implementation of the declaration on the zone of peace and cooperation of the South Atlantic.
٢ - وعملا بالقرار المذكورن وجه اﻷمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة ٢٣ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦ إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة، طالبا موافاته بآرائها في تنفيذ إعلان جنوب المحيط الأطلسي منطقة سلم وتعاون.

In accordance with article 38, paragraph 5, of the Rules of Court, copies of the applications were transmitted to the Governments of the States concerned, but the new cases were not entered in the Court's List and no action will be taken in the proceedings against any one of those States unless and until it consents to the Court's jurisdiction for the purposes of the case.
ووفقا للفقرة 5 من المادة 38 من لائحة المحكمة، أُرسلت نسخ من العرائض إلى حكومات الدول المعنية، ولكن القضايا الجديدة لم تدرج في جدول المحكمة، ولن يتخذ أي إجراء في الدعاوى المرفوعة ضد أي من تلك الدول ما لم توافق الدولة المعنية على اختصاص المحكمة بالنظر في القضية.

2. Pursuant to resolution 65/121, the Secretariat addressed a note verbale, dated 23 January 2013, to the Governments of the States members of the United Nations, requesting their views.
2 - وعملا بالقرار 65/121، وجهت الأمانة العامة مذكرة شفوية، مؤرخة 23 كانون الثاني/يناير 2013، إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة، تستطلع فيها آراءها.

2. Pursuant to resolution 53/34, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale dated 24 May 1999 to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations requesting their views on the implementation of the declaration of the zone of peace and cooperation of the South Atlantic.
٢ - وعملا بالقرار ٥٣/٣٤، وجه اﻷمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة ٢٤ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٩ إلى حكومات الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة، طالبا موافاته بآرائها بشأن تنفيذ إعلان منطقة السلم والتعاون في جنوب المحيط اﻷطلسي.

8. Pursuant to the above resolution, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale on 22 March 1994 to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations, requesting their views on the implementation of the declaration on the zone of peace and cooperation of the South Atlantic.
٨ - وعملا بالقرار المذكور أعلاه، وجه اﻷمين العام في ٢٢ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤ مذكرة شفوية إلى حكومات الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة طالبا فيها آراءها بشأن تنفيذ اﻹعلان المتعلق بمنطقة السلم والتعاون في جنوب اﻷطلسي.

2. Pursuant to resolution 58/10, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale, dated 2 June 2005, to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations requesting their views on the implementation of the declaration of the zone of peace and cooperation of the South Atlantic.
2 - وعملا بالقرار 58/10، وجه الأمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 2 حزيران/يونيه 2005 إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة طالبا موافاته بآرائها بشأن تنفيذ إعلان منطقة السلام والتعاون في جنوب المحيط الأطلسي.

2. Pursuant to resolution 56/7, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale, dated 28 April 2003, to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations requesting their views on the implementation of the declaration of the zone of peace and cooperation of the South Atlantic.
2 - وعملا بالقرار 56/7، وجه الأمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 28 نيسان/أبريل 2003 إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة طالبا موافاته بآرائها بشأن تنفيذ إعلان منطقة السلام والتعاون في جنوب المحيط الأطلسي.

2. Pursuant to that resolution, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale dated 19 April 2001 to the Governments of the States Members of the United Nations requesting information on specific measures undertaken in implementation of the resolution. He also dispatched letters dated 19 April 2001 to the relevant organizations and bodies of the United Nations requesting them to submit their contributions for the preparation of his report.
2 - وعملا بذلك القرار، وجّه الأمين العام مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 19 نيسان/أبريل 2001 إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة طالبا منها معلومات عن التدابير المحددة التي اتخذتها تنفيذا لذلك القرار، كما بعث برسائل مؤرخة 19 نيسان/أبريل 2001 إلى منظمات ووكالات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة طالبا منها تقديم مساهماتها من أجل إعداد تقريره.
