16 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام والوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة تقديم المساعدات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وغيرها من المساعدات إلى الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ومواصلة تقديم تلك المساعدات، حسب الاقتضاء، بعد أن تمارس تلك الأقاليم حقها في تقرير المصير، بما فيه الاستقلال؛

١٤ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام والوكالات المتخصصة وسائر مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة تقديم المساعدات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وغيرها من المساعدات الى اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ومواصلة تقديم تلك المساعدات، حسب الاقتضاء، بعد أن تمارس تلك اﻷقاليم حقها في تقرير المصير بما فيه الاستقلال؛

Requests the Department of Public Information of the Secretariat, in consultation with the United Nations Development Programme, the specialized agencies and the Special Committee, to prepare an information leaflet on assistance programmes available to the Non-Self-Governing Territories and to disseminate it widely in them;
15 - تطلب إلى إدارة شؤون الإعلام في الأمانة العامة أن تعد، بالتشاور مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي والوكالات المتخصصة واللجنة الخاصة، نشرة إعلامية عن برامج المساعدة المتاحة للأقاليم التي لا تتمتع بالحكم الذاتي وأن توزعها على نطاق واسع في الأقاليم؛
