4. Decides that the Governments identified in paragraph 1 above shall each formally designate one expert and, through the secretariat, provide their names and relevant qualifications to the Parties by 1 December 2004, and that such experts shall serve as members of the Chemical Review Committee on an interim basis, pending formal confirmation of their appointment by the Conference of the Parties at its second session;
4 - يقرر أن تقوم كل من الحكومات المحددة في الفقرة 1 أعلاه بتعيين خبير واحد رسمياً وتقديم أسمائهم ومؤهلاتهم عن طريق الأمانة، إلى الأطراف في موعد أقصاه 1 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004 على أن يعمل هؤلاء الخبراء أعضاء في لجنة استعراض المواد الكيميائية على أساس مؤقت إلى أن يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثانية بتثبيت تعيينهم رسمياً؛

Work in this regard is well under way and the resulting proposals will be made to the Parties by 31 December 2011.
