22- إن ما يُحرز من تقدم ذي طابع ثقافي في هذا المضمار يضيف دعماً قانونياً لمقولة إن: " لكل شعب حق غير قابل للتصرف في معرفة الحقيقة عن الأحداث الماضية المتعلقة بارتكاب جرائم مُرَوِّعة وعن الظروف والأسباب التي أفضت، نتيجة الانتهاكات الجسيمة أو المنهجية لحقوق الإنسان، إلى ارتكاب هذه الجرائم.
