The States Parties to the present Convention solemnly undertake not to use or threaten to use nuclear weapons under any circumstances.
تتعهد رسميا الدول اﻷطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بعدم استعمال اﻷسلحة النووية أو التهديد باستعمالها في أي ظرف من الظروف.

The Secretary-General shall subsequently prepare a list in alphabetical order of all persons thus nominated, indicating the State Parties which have nominated them, and shall submit it to the States Parties to the present Convention.
ويعد الأمين العام عقب ذلك قائمة بأسماء جميع الأشخاص المرشحين بهذه الطريقة، وفقا للترتيب الأبجدي، مع توضيح أسماء الدول الأطراف التي ترشحهم، ويقدم القائمة المذكورة إلى الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية.

States Parties to the present Convention recognize the equal right of all persons with disabilities to live in the community, with choices equal to others, and shall take effective and appropriate measures to facilitate full enjoyment by persons with disabilities of this right and their full inclusion and participation in the community, including by ensuring that:
تقر الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بحق جميع المعوقين، مثلهم مثل غيرهم، في العيش في المجتمع، بخيارات مساوية لخيارات الآخرين، وسوف تتخذ تدابير فعالة ومناسبة لتيسير تمتع المعوقين الكامل بحقهم هذا وإدماجهم ومشاركتهم بصورة كاملة في المجتمع، ويشمل ذلك كفالة ما يلي:

1. Any Party may propose an amendment to the present Convention by submitting it to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
1- يجوز لأيِّ طرف أن يقترح تعديلاً لهذه الاتفاقية بتقديمه إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

تقر الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بحق جميع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، مساواة بغيرهم، في العيش في المجتمع، بخيارات مساوية لخيارات الآخرين، وتتخذ تدابير فعالة ومناسبة لتيسير تمتع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الكامل بحقهم وإدماجهم ومشاركتهم بصورة كاملة في المجتمع. ويشمل ذلك كفالة ما يلي:

4. Regional integration organizations, in matters within their competence, may exercise their right to vote in the Conference of States Parties, with a number of votes equal to the number of their member States that are Parties to the present Convention.
4 - تمارس منظمات التكامل الإقليمي، في الأمور التي تندرج ضمن نطاق اختصاصها، حقها في التصويت في مؤتمر الدول الأطراف، بعدد من الأصوات مساو لعدد دولها الأعضاء التي هي أطراف في هذه الاتفاقية.

Art. 77.8: The provisions of the present article shall come into force when ten States Parties to the present Convention have made declarations under paragraph 1 of the present article.
المادة ٧٧-٨: تصبح أحكام هذه المادة نافذة إذا أصدرت عشــر من الدول اﻷطراف في هذه الاتفاقية إعلانات بموجــب الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة.

The term " party to the present Convention " could have that negative effect, but his delegation would not make a major issue of the matter.

1. In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, nothing in the present Convention shall affect the rights or obligations of a watercourse State arising from agreements in force for it on the date on which it became a party to the present Convention.
١ - ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يؤثر في حقوق أو التزامات دولة المجرى المائي الناشئة عن اتفاقات يكون معمولا بها بالنسبة لهذه الدولة في اليوم الذي تصبح فيه طرفا في هذه الاتفاقية، ما لم يكن هناك اتفاق على نقيض ذلك.

Article 13 of the Convention states that “The parties to the present Convention shall be bound to execute letters of request ... in accordance with their domestic law ...”.
وتشير المادة ٣١ من الاتفاقية إلى أن " اﻷطراف في هذه الاتفاقية ملزمة بتنفيذ الاستنابات القضائية المتصلة بالجرائم التي تتناولها هذه الاتفاقية طبقا لتشريعها الوطني... "

1. Any State Member of the United Nations Party to the present Convention claiming that an international crime has been or is being committed by one or more States shall bring the matter to the attention of the General Assembly or the Security Council of the United Nations in accordance with Chapter VI of the United Nations Charter.
١- يجب على أي دولة عضو في اﻷمم المتحدة تكون طرفا في هذه الاتفاقية وتدﱠعي أن جناية دولية قد ارتكبت أو يجري ارتكابها بواسطة دولة واحدة أو أكثر، أن تعرض اﻷمر على الجمعية العامة أو مجلس اﻷمن التابع لﻷمم المتحدة طبقا للفصل السادس من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.

5. A decision of the International Court of Justice that an international crime has been or is being committed shall fulfil the condition for the implementation, by any Member State of the United Nations Party to the present Convention, of the special or supplementary legal consequences of international crimes of States as contemplated in articles 16, 17 and 18 of the present Part.
٥- يكون الحكم الذي يصدر من محكمة العدل الدولية بأن جناية دولية قد ارتكبت أو يجري ارتكابها، كافيا لتوفير الشرط اللازم لقيام أي دولة عضو في اﻷمم المتحدة تكون طرفا في هذه الاتفاقية بإعمال النتائج الخاصة أو اﻹضافية للجنايات الدولية التي ترتكبها الدول، على النحو المبين في المواد ٦١ و٧١ و٨١ من هذا الباب.

(c) Have been ratified, accepted, approved or acceded to by at least twenty-two States Parties to the present Convention.
)ج( المعاهدات التي تم تصديقها، أو قبولها، أو الموافقة عليها، أو التي انضم إليها ما لا يقل عن اثنتين وعشرين دولة طرفا في هذه الاتفاقية.

Unlike the original text, the Russian version of the first preambular paragraph referred to " States parties to the present Convention " instead of " Parties to the present Convention " .
فصيغة الفقرة اﻷولى من الديباجة باللغة الروسية، بخلاف النص اﻷصلي، تستخدم تعبير " الدول اﻷطراف في هذه الاتفاقية " بدل " اﻷطراف في هذه الاتفاقية " .

(13) The accession by the Government of the Republic of Korea to the present Convention does not in any way mean or imply the recognition of any territory or regime which has not been recognized by the Government of the Republic of Korea as a State or Government.
)٣١( إن انضمام حكومة جمهورية كوريا الى هذه الاتفاقية لا يعني ولا يتضمن بأي حال الاعتراف بأي إقليم أو نظام لم تعترف به حكومة جمهورية كوريا بوصفه دولة أو حكومة.

Nonetheless, if the idea was accepted that the preamble to the convention should refer to the convention itself, the customary reference to " the present Convention " could be used, as was the case in the operative part of the convention.

Article 13. The procedures for the appointment of the President of the Republic are set out in the Protocol of Agreement annexed to the present Convention, of which it is an integral part.
المادة ١٣: ترد اجراءات تعيين رئيس الجمهورية في بروتوكول الاتفاق المرفق بهذه الاتفاقية والذي يمثل جزءا لا يتجزأ منها.

2. Any regional economic integration organization which becomes a Party to the present Convention without any of its member States being a Party shall be bound by all the obligations under the Convention.
٢ - كل منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصبح طرفا في الاتفاقية الحالية دون أن يكون أي من الدول اﻷعضاء فيها طرفا فيها ملزمة بتنفيذ جميع الالتزامات الواردة في الاتفاقية.
