Paragraph 5, subparagraph (a), of article 22 of the Convention states that " amendments to Annex III shall be proposed and adopted according to the procedure laid down in Articles 5 to 9 and paragraph 2 of Article 21 " .
3 - وفي الفقرة 5، الفقرة الفرعية (أ) من المادة 22 من الاتفاقية تنص على " تقترح مرفقات إضافية لهذه الاتفاقية وتعتمد طبقاً للإجراء المنصوص عليه في المواد من 5 إلى 9 من المادة 21 " .
