The budget of ITC was a section of the regular budget of the Organization and, as such, should be subject to those Regulations and Rules and to the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation.

22. In conclusion, his delegation supported the recommendations of CPC on the proposed revisions to the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programming Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation.
٢٢ - واختتم حديثه قائلا إن وفده يؤيد توصيات لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق بشأن التنقيحات المقترحة لﻷنظمة والقواعد التي تحكم تخطيط البرامج والجوانب البرنامجية للميزانية، ورصد التنفيذ وأساليب التقييم.

It is also the understanding of the Advisory Committee that, should the Assembly approve the proposal of the Secretary-General, he will submit for consideration by the Assembly the necessary revisions to the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation.

At its 20th meeting on 17 June 1998, the Committee considered the report of the Secretary-General on proposed revisions to the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation (A/53/133).
