Conscious also that foreign economic investment, when done in collaboration with the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories and in accordance with their wishes, could make a valid contribution to the socio-economic development of the Territories and could also make a valid contribution to the exercise of their right to self-determination,
وإذ تدرك أيضا أن الاستثمار الاقتصادي الأجنبي عندما يوظف بالتعاون مع شعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتها، قد يســــهم إسهاما حقيقياً في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأقاليم وقد يسهم أيضا إسهاما حقيقياً في ممارستها لحق تقرير المصير،

Conscious also that foreign economic investment, when undertaken in collaboration with the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories and in accordance with their wishes, could make a valid contribution to the socio-economic development of the Territories and also to the exercise of their right to self-determination,
وإذ تعي أيضا أن الاستثمارات الاقتصادية الأجنبية يمكن أن تسهم بشكل مجد، متى اضطلع بها بالتعاون مع شعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتها، في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأقاليم وفي ممارستها حقها في تقرير المصير،

In paragraph 2 of that resolution, the General Assembly affirmed " the value of foreign economic investment undertaken in collaboration with the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories and in accordance with their wishes in order to make a valid contribution to the socio-economic development of the Territories " .
ففي الفقرة 2 من ذلك القرار، أكدت الجمعية العامة " قيمة الاستثمار الاقتصادي الأجنبي الذي يتم بالتعاون مع شعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتها بغية تقديم مساهمة مشروعة في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأقاليم " .
