5. The States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions agree on the following concrete actions to fulfil their ultimate aim of putting an end for all time to the suffering and casualties caused by cluster munitions:

5. The States Parties to the Convention on Cluster Munitions agree on the following actions in order to fulfil their ultimate aim of ending for all time to the suffering and casualties caused by cluster munitions:

23. The Meeting expressed concern about the allegations of use of anti-personnel mines in different parts of the world and reaffirmed the determination of the States Parties to the Convention to put an end to the suffering and casualties caused by these weapons.
