163. The States parties support initiatives being taken by States parties and signatories to the treaties of Tlatelolco, Rarotonga, Bangkok and Pelindaba to explore and implement further ways and means of cooperation, in order to promote the common goals of those treaties.

وإذ تلاحظ أيضا أن الدول الأطراف والدول الموقعة على معاهدات تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا وبانكوك وبليندابا ومعاهدة إنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية في وسط آسيا قد أعربت عن دعمها لسياسة منغوليا في المؤتمر الثاني للدول الأطراف والدول الموقعة على معاهدات إنشاء المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية ومنغوليا الذي عقد في نيويورك في 30 نيسان/أبريل 2010،

It welcomed the decision by all five Central Asian States to sign the Central Asian Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone Treaty as soon as possible and supported the initiative to convene an international conference of States parties and signatories to the treaties of Tlatelolco, Rarotonga, Bangkok and Pelindaba in support of the common objectives established in those treaties and to promote closer cooperation among them.

The States parties and signatories to the treaties of Tlatelolco, Rarotonga, Bangkok and Pelindaba that are parties to the NPT reaffirm their commitment to promote the common goals envisaged in those treaties, explore and implement further ways and means of cooperation, including the consolidation of the status of the nuclear-weapon-free southern hemisphere and adjacent areas.

7 - تهنئ الدول الأطراف في معاهدات تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا وبانكوك وبليندابا ووسط آسيا والدول الموقعة عليها ومنغوليا على ما تبذله من جهود لبلوغ الأهداف المشتركة المتوخاة في تلك المعاهدات ولدعم مركز منطقة نصف الكرة الجنوبي والمناطق المتاخمة بوصفها مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية، وتهيب بها بحث سبل ووسائل أخرى للتعاون فيما بينها وفيما بين وكالاتها المنشأة بموجب تلك المعاهدات والعمل بها؛

8 - تهنئ الدول الأطراف في معاهدات تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا وبانكوك وبليندابا ووسط آسيا والدول الموقعة عليها ومنغوليا على ما تبذله من جهود لبلوغ الأهداف المشتركة المتوخاة في تلك المعاهدات ولدعم مركز منطقة نصف الكرة الأرضية الجنوبي والمناطق المتاخمة بوصفها مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية، وتهيب بها استكشاف وإعمال المزيد من سبل ووسائل التعاون فيما بينها وفيما بين وكالاتها المنشأة بموجب تلك المعاهدات؛

While noting that security assurances have been provided by nuclearweapons States to all States parties to the treaties of Tlatelolco and Rarotonga through their respective protocols, we remain deeply concerned that not all nuclearweapons States have either signed or ratified the protocols to the Treaty of Bangkok and the Treaty of Pelindaba.
وفي الوقت الذي نلاحظ فيه أن الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية منحت ضمانات أمنية إلى جميع الدول الأطراف في معاهدتي تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا من خلال بروتوكوليهما، يظل قلق شديد ينتابنا لأن جميع الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية لم توقع أو تصدق على البروتوكولين الملحقين بمعاهدة بانكوك ومعاهدة بيليندابا.
