(ب) أكدت من جديد أهمية انضمام إسرائيل إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية، وإخضاع جميع مرافقها النووية للضمانات الشاملة للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، تحقيقا لهدف الانضمام العالمي إلى المعاهدة في الشرق الأوسط (الفقرة 2)؛
