12. Accordingly, it is proposed that special arrangements with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations similar to those contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 50/211 B of 7 June 1996 related to the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR) be applied to ONUMOZ, as follows:
