1. Each application for approval of a plan of work for exploration shall be in the form prescribed in annex 2 to these Regulations, shall be addressed to the Secretary-General, and shall conform to the requirements of these Regulations.
1 - يقدم كل طلب للحصول على الموافقة على خطة عمل للاستكشاف، بالشكل المحدد في المرفق 2 لهذا النظام ويوجه إلى الأمين العام ويكون متفقا وشروط هذا النظام.

1. After a plan of work for exploration has been approved by the Council, it shall be prepared in the form of a contract between the Authority and the applicant as prescribed in annex 3 to these Regulations.
العقــد 1 - بعد أن يوافق المجلس على خطة عمل للاستكشاف، تعد هذه الخطة في شكل عقد بين السلطة ومقدم الطلب، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المرفق 3 لهذا النظام.

Regulation 1.2: Amendments and exceptions to these Regulations may be made only by the Executive Board.
البند ١-٢: لا يجوز إدخال تعديلات على هذا النظام أو استثناءات منه إلا من قبل المجلس التنفيذي.

Each large packaging manufactured and intended for the use according to these Regulations shall bear durable and legible markings showing:

12.7 The Auditor shall issue a report on the audit of the financial statements and relevant schedules relating to the accounts for the financial period, which shall include such information as the Auditor deems necessary with regard to matters referred to in regulation 12.3 and in the additional terms of reference as set out in the Annex to these Regulations.
12-7 يصدر مراجع الحسابات تقريرا عن نتائج مراجعة البيانات المالية والجداول ذات الصلة المتعلقة بحسابات الفترة المالية، ويتضمن المعلومات التي يعتبرها مراجع الحسابات ضرورية فيما يتعلق بالمسائل المشار إليها في البند 12-3 وفي الصلاحيات الإضافية المحددة في مرفق هذين النظامين.

المادة 26 العقــد 1 - بعد أن يوافق المجلس على خطة عمل للاستكشاف، تعد هذه الخطة في شكل عقد بين السلطة ومقدم الطلب، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المرفق 3 لهذا النظام.

(b) Staff members may suggest to the Registrar amendments to these Regulations.

The system is described in sketch No. 9 appended to these Regulations.
ويرد وصف هذا النظام في الرسم التوضيحي رقم 9 الملحق بهذه اللائحة.

3. For the purpose of subsection (2) of section 3 of the Act, the resolution is published in the English language in the schedule to these Regulations.
٣ - ﻷغراض القسم الفرعي )٢( من القسم الثالث من القانون، ينشر القرار باللغة اﻹنكليزية في الجدول الزمني لهذه القواعد التنظيمية.

According to these Regulations, in principle female employees must not be engaged in work for a total period of sixteen weeks, eight weeks before confinement and eight weeks after confinement.
ووفقاً لهذه الأنظمة يجب، من حيث المبدأ، ألاّ تنخرط الموظفات في العمل لفترة ستة عشر أسبوعاً، منها ثمانية أسابيع قبل ملازمة الفراش وثمانية أسابيع بعد ملازمة الفراش.

According to these Regulations, working women are entitled to a maternity allowance in the amount of full salary.
وبموجب هذه اللائحة يكون للمرأة العاملة الحق في علاوة أمومة تعادل مرتبا كاملا.
