Cooperation with States not parties to this Statute

The Court shall be brought into relationship with the United Nations by an agreement to be approved by the States Parties to this Statute and concluded by the President on behalf of the Court.
تقام علاقة بين المحكمة واﻷمم المتحدة بموجب اتفاق تعتمده الدول اﻷطراف في هذا النظام اﻷساسي ويبرمه الرئيس نيابة عن المحكمة.

1. There is hereby established an Assembly of States Parties to this Statute.
١ - تنشأ بموجب هذا جمعية للدول اﻷطراف في هذا النظام اﻷساسي.

No reservations may be made to this Statute.
لا يجوز إبداء أية تحفظات على هذا النظام الأساسي.

1. Amendments to this Statute may be made by the Economic and Social Council.
1- يجوز للمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي إدخال تعديلات على هذا النظام الأساسي.

2. A State shall not be discharged by reason of its withdrawal from the financial obligations which accrued while it was a Party to this Statute.
٢ - لا تُعفى الدولة، بسبب انسحابها، من الالتزامات المالية التي استحقت عليها أثناء كونها طرفا في هذا النظام اﻷساسي.

States not parties to this Statute may assist in relation to the matters referred to in this Part on the basis of comity, a unilateral declaration, an ad hoc arrangement or other agreement with the Court.
للدول غير اﻷطراف في هذا النظام اﻷساسي أن تقدم المساعدة فيما يتعلق بالمسائل المشار إليها في هذا الباب على أساس المجاملة أو إعلان من جانب واحد أو ترتيب خاص أو أي اتفاق آخر مع المحكمة.

2. With regard to the crimes referred to in article 5 other than those mentioned in paragraph 1, a State Party to this Statute may declare:

[When a State becomes a Party to this Statute after its entry into force, the Court cannot be seized in respect of crimes committed by its nationals or on its territory or against its nationals, unless those crimes have been committed after the deposit by that State of its instrument of ratification or accession.]

The President, with the approval of the States parties to this Statute ( " States parties " ), may conclude an agreement establishing an appropriate relationship between the Court and the United Nations.
